About Me
I am a faith-driven servant leader, doctoral researcher, and passionate advocate for health equity and purposeful community transformation. A proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, I am deeply committed to service, scholarship, sisterhood, and social change.

With a focus on dismantling health inequities, food and medical deserts, and transportation barriers, I blend academic research with on-the-ground action to advance resilient, thriving communities. My work is guided by the principles of transformational leadership, public policy, and the Blue Zones framework, promoting environments where wellness, justice, and opportunity intersect.

Through my platform, Leading for Change: Faith in Action, I share insights from my life’s work to empower fellow changemakers, community builders, and believers.

My mission: to inspire bold, faith-led leadership that drives lasting impact.
