GROWTH PLAN
BASELINE PERSONA
The Baseline Persona shows my current leadership qualities as a resilient adaptable leader who puts service at the core of everything I do. My experiences as a disabled Veteran wife and mother and grandmother have developed my leadership skills through empathy and perseverance and transparent communication. I understand my core abilities include vision creation and trust development and team collaboration, yet I need to work on controlling my excessive commitment and finding equilibrium between critical tasks and long-term planning. The self-assessment process helps me establish my leadership foundation which will guide my development into the leader I want to become.

TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE PROJECT
The Community Health Equity Leadership Lab (CHELL) serves as my Transformational Change Project (TCP) to use Blue Zones principles for addressing food and medical and resource deserts in Southern Dallas County. I use transformational leadership principles and strategic planning models and stakeholder engagement strategies to establish enduring community transformation as Change Agent 007. The project establishes sustainability through organizational mandate alignment with mission and value statements while teaching local leaders from diverse groups to sustain systemic solutions. The TCP stages demonstrate my development as a scholar-practitioner who unites theoretical knowledge with research evidence and practical implementation to develop sustainable solutions for disadvantaged communities.

REFLECTIVE JOURNALS
The reflective journals I maintain show my personal development as a transformational leader through my struggles and my progress. The early weeks of this course brought out my feelings of nervousness and self-doubt about self-reflection but I understood that facing my fears would help me fulfill my role as a change agent. I started to link theoretical concepts to practical applications during Week 2 by studying organizational mandates and missions and stakeholders and I confirmed that the Community Health Equity Leadership Lab (CHELL) matches Blue Zones' core values. The process of transformational leadership demands both inner strength and self-control because it involves active listening and strategic visioning and building structures for enduring change. The reflective entries will expand from one to the next throughout the course to develop my leadership skills in transparent and empathetic ways with purposeful execution.
