LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

My leadership philosophy is based on transformational leadership principles which use vision and empathy and integrity to guide my service to others. Leadership exists beyond formal positions because it means motivating personal development while building teamwork and establishing spaces where people succeed. The way we make others feel remains in their memory forever according to Maya Angelou so I base my trust-building approach on open communication and empathetic treatment and responsible conduct. I work to demonstrate resilience while helping others discover their voices and develop solutions that tackle fundamental community problems. My faith guides me while my dedication to equity leads me to see leadership as both a duty and a divine mission to establish enduring change that strengthens and unites communities beyond their original state.
